Catholic Scouting America has established several adult recognitions to honor those who have made outstanding contributions to Catholic Scouting through their time, talent, or treasure. Anyone recognized with the Bronze Pelican, St. George, or Silver St. George is also entitled to wear the Scouting America adult religious emblem square knot.

Bronze Pelican – may be used by dioceses to recognize individuals for their significant contributions to Scouting in the local Catholic community.
St. George – national recognition of individuals for their significant contributions and many years of support to Scouting in the local Catholic community.
Totus Tuus – national recognition of registered Scouters who has made a significant contribution to toward the promotion of International Catholic Scouting.
Silver St. George – national recognition of a member of the NCCS Executive Board or its Committees who has provided significant service to the NCCS over a number of years.
Brother Barnabas – national recognition of individual who has significantly affected the course of Catholic Scouting through long and meritorious service.
St. Brendan the Navigator – recognizes participants of the Scouting in the Local Church course who complete a mission project for their diocese or eparchy, their Diocesan/Eparchial Catholic Committee on Scouting, diocesan Youth Ministry office or some other entity in their diocese or eparchy.
Jerusalem Cross – recognizes participants of the Scouting in the Catholic Church course who complete a mission project benefiting Catholic youth of their community.
Golden AAD – recognizes those who contribute at least $2,500 to an NCCS endowment fund which supports the ministry of our priest chaplains.
Miter Society – recognizes those who contribute at least financially, in a significant way, the promotion of the Saint George Trek.
Spes Mundi – recognized those who contributed at least $2500 to an NCCS endowment fund which directly supports Catholic Scouting projects in the Inter-Americas. This limited edition has been sold out and is no longer available.
Christus Vivit – national recognition of individuals for their significant contributions to the NCCS Scholarship Endowment Fund.
