The National Catholic Committee on Scouting (NCS) has awarded Vincent Brown from North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania the $2,000 Emmett J. Doerr Memorial Scout Scholarship. He belongs to St. Agnes Catholic Church in the Diocese of Greensburg and is a member of Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Troop 293 in the Westmoreland-Fayette Council.
